3. Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Senvessa, Armand Segerslei 53, 2640 Mortsel, Belgium. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Senvessa. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours precisely.

We reserve the right to change prices, and to limit or refuse any order, at any time. Where a price is listed in error, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept all payment methods offered through Shopify, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

6. Intended use

The Ember® Cleansing Brush is a cosmetic device intended for cleansing and massaging the skin of the face. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition.

Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, or are undergoing dermatological treatment, consult a professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Belgian law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Nothing here affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
